During the week and on weekend nights when we are not hosting fabulous events we offer a full service menu. If you are craving our food from a party you attended or would like to sample food we serve at our parties, or if you just want to pop in for great food and amazing service, please call our main line at 914-285-0900 for reservations. Some of our specialties include our marinated skirt steak, miso glazed salmon, and Parmesan and panko crusted chicken, just to name a few. We also offer a late night menu during club hours.

We have specialized in Bar/Bat-Mitzvahs and Sweet 16’s since 2003. Our latest remodeling has also allowed us to do very unique weddings, stepping away from the traditional trend of formatted weddings. We have done dance themed weddings (80’s and 70’s as well as other themes) as well as some exciting cirque du soleil style weddings. Coughlan Inc believes a party or celebration should never stop. That guests should be able to eat, drink and dance during a party at the times they want to, not dictated by the times of the catering hall. We also believe a party is a social affair, not an affair that traps people for five hours at an assigned table. We like our guests to mingle and bounce around.

One of the things we pride ourself on is the quality of our food. Our executive chef Luis Cano has been with us since the ground floor in 2001 and personally designed our kitchen the way he wanted it. At Coliseum we do not have a set menu or “list of foods” to choose from, all our party’s are custom tailored and we will prepare ANYTHING you want. When booking a life time event, you want to work with a company that will be there an assist you during the entire process. At Coliseum, you will always be working with an owner from start to finish, either Daniel J Coughlan or Joshua F Mazzetti. Once your party is booked you don’t get passed on to a captain waiter, host or maitre d’ an owner will be there every step of the way. At Coliseum we take away many of the stresses of planning an event, with over half a million invested in just sound, lighting, and audio/visual effects, as well as an array of lounge furniture and table arrangements to choose from, you will require little to nothing in terms of bringing in “extras” from outside company’s!!!!
